1. What is the personal information that we collect?

Personal information is your name in combination with other information that we collect about you. For example, personal information can include your name in combination with your e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, or credit card information. Please be aware and reassured that by using Paypal as your payment portal, Laughing Bear Ventures NEVER sees your credit card information. In the future, if Laughing Bear Ventures implements a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) payment processing system, said system will be encrypted to the highest standards of the industry.

Other entities owned by Laughing Bear Ventures, including subsidiaries of Laughing Bear Ventures, LLC. Many of our customers purchase items from us both online and in our stores. We share your personal information within the Laughing Bear Ventures enterprise to help ensure that you have a superior shopping or browsing experience no matter where you choose to shop or browse with us.

Service providers, subcontractors and agents who perform services on our behalf.
